Your data
Export your data
Profile → My information → Export produces an archive of the data held about you, in machine-readable form, with a document naming who it has been shared with.
Building it takes a few minutes; the app tells you when it is ready. The download link is valid for a limited time and then the archive is deleted — that is deliberate, because the file contains everything about you in one place.
Release a device
Releasing unbinds a vploq from your account so somebody else can activate it. Do this before selling or giving one away.
The device keeps working for nobody until it is set up again — it is not usable by the next person until they activate it under their own account.
Delete your account
Profile → My information → Delete account.
What happens:
- Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out everywhere
- Devices you own are released, so they can be set up again by their next owner
- After a grace period the data is removed for good
Two things worth knowing before you press it:
You cannot delete an account that owns a team. Transfer the team to another member first, or delete the team. See teams.
Signing in again during the grace period cancels the deletion. After it, it cannot be undone.
What is kept, and for how long
