# Terms of Service

**vploq** · Effective date: 15 October 2026 · Version 1.2

## 1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms of Service ("**Terms**") are an agreement between you and
**InTallyCon Development - FZCO**, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai
Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("**vploq**", "**we**", "**us**").

They govern your use of the vploq service: the vploq applications for iOS,
macOS, Android and Windows (the "**App**"), your vploq account, the remote
access to your vploq hardware device (the "**Device**") and the teams you
share it with, and the vploq VPN, through which the traffic of devices you
register for it reaches the internet from servers we operate (the "**VPN**"),
together the "**Service**".

They do not govern the purchase of a Device. Devices are sold in our online
store at [vploq.com](https://vploq.com) under the store's own terms, which
cover the order, delivery, returns and the hardware warranty.

How we process personal data is described in our
[Privacy Policy](/privacy), which is a separate document and not part of these
Terms.

You accept these Terms when you create an account and confirm that you agree
to them. We send you a copy by email, and you can always find the current
version on this page.

## 2. Your account

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority where you
live if that is higher, to create an account or buy a subscription. This also
applies to people invited to a team.

You agree to give accurate information when you create your account and to keep
your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under
your account, unless it happens because we failed to protect it. Tell us at
[support@vploq.com](mailto:support@vploq.com) if you believe someone else has
used your account.

You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → My information →
Delete account) or by asking us as described on
[Delete your account](/delete-account). If you own a team with other members,
transfer or disband it first. Deletion takes effect at once; for thirty (30)
days afterwards you can undo it by signing in again, and a restored account
keeps the VPN time already paid for. Deleting your account stops a Whop or
Google Play subscription from renewing but does not by itself refund the
current period; it does **not** stop an App Store subscription, which you must
cancel in your Apple account (Section 3.3). Details are in the Privacy Policy
(Section 7).

## 3. The vploq VPN

### 3.1 What you get

A paid VPN subscription lets you register up to five (5) devices to your
account and route their traffic through the VPN servers listed in the App. The
list of locations may change over time (Section 6). We do not promise that a
particular country, server or IP address will be available, or that a
particular website or service will be reachable through the VPN.

To protect the Service, the VPN does not carry outbound email on port 25, or
traffic to other subscribers' devices or to private and non-public address
ranges.

### 3.2 Ways to pay and who sells the subscription

We provide the VPN. Who sells you the subscription and takes the payment
depends on where you buy it:

- **App Store:** a monthly or yearly subscription bought in the App. Apple
sells it and takes the payment under its own terms.
- **Google Play:** a monthly or yearly subscription bought in the App. In the
European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the other countries Google
lists, Google is the seller (merchant of record). Elsewhere we are the seller
and Google collects the payment for us.
- **Whop:** a monthly or yearly subscription bought through Whop, which is
offered in the vploq app for Windows and on the vploq account website
(account.vploq.com). We sell it to you and supply it. Whop only processes
the payment for us, as our payment processor.
- **Prepaid code:** a code that adds a stated number of days to your account
  (Section 3.6).

Whoever sells it, these Terms govern the VPN itself, and we are responsible to
you for providing it. The price, the billing period, any taxes and, for a
subscription, the fact that it renews automatically are shown before you
confirm the purchase. Prices may differ between the App Store, Google Play and
Whop.

**Taxes.** The prices shown on our websites include VAT or sales tax where it
applies. Before you pay, Whop shows you the total amount you will be charged.

### 3.3 Free trial, renewal and cancellation

**Free trial.** Where a free trial is offered, each account can have one free
trial, whichever way you pay. It lasts seven (7) days, and you need to give a
payment card to start it. At the end of the trial it turns into the paid
subscription automatically and the first payment is taken, unless you cancel
before the trial ends, as described below. Cancelling or withdrawing during the
trial costs you nothing. If an account that has already had a trial starts
another one, it gets no free days: the VPN becomes available only once the
first payment is taken.

**Renewal.** Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you
cancel before it ends (for the App Store and Google Play, at least twenty-four
(24) hours before). You cancel where you bought:

- **App Store:** in the subscription settings of your Apple account.
- **Google Play:** in the subscriptions section of Google Play.
- **Whop:** in your Whop account.

Before each yearly renewal you receive a reminder from the seller, or from us,
stating the date and the price.

When you cancel, the VPN stays available until the end of the period you have
paid for. Deleting your vploq account does not cancel an App Store
subscription; you must cancel it yourself (Section 2).

### 3.4 Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases, and for Google Play purchases where Google is
the seller, are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. For
Google Play purchases where we are the seller, and for Whop purchases, contact
us; for a Whop purchase we make the refund through Whop. Apart from that,
payments are not refunded for the unused part of a billing period. This does
not affect your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal
(Section 3.5) and your rights if the VPN is not provided as described
(Section 8), or the refunds in Sections 5 and 6.

### 3.5 Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the
right to withdraw from a VPN subscription, and from the purchase of a prepaid
code, within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The period ends
fourteen (14) days after the day of the purchase. If the purchase starts with a
free trial, the period runs from the day the trial starts.

**Where to withdraw.** For a purchase in the App Store or Google Play, withdraw
through Apple or Google under their procedures. For a purchase through Whop
made on the account website, you can also withdraw there, from your account
page. For any purchase through Whop, or of a prepaid code from us, tell us at
[info@vploq.com](mailto:info@vploq.com) or at the address in Section 11; we
will then make the refund. A clear statement is enough, for
example by email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To
meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the period ends.

**Effects.** If you withdraw, you are refunded in full: every payment received
for that purchase, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we, or
the seller, are informed. The refund uses the same means of payment you used,
unless you expressly agree otherwise; you pay no fees for the refund.

**If the VPN started during the withdrawal period.** The VPN starts as soon as
you buy. If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, you still get a full
refund. We do not deduct anything for the days the VPN was already provided.

**Model withdrawal form** (complete and return it only if you wish to
withdraw):

> To InTallyCon Development - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai
> Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, [info@vploq.com](mailto:info@vploq.com):
>
> I/We (\*) hereby give notice that I/We (\*) withdraw from my/our (\*)
> contract for the supply of the following service: vploq VPN subscription
> (plan: ____), ordered on (\*)/received on (\*): ____
>
> Name of consumer(s): ____ · Address of consumer(s): ____ · vploq account
> email: ____
>
> Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ____ ·
> Date: ____
>
> (\*) Delete as appropriate.

### 3.6 Prepaid codes

A code can be redeemed once and extends the date until which your VPN is paid
by the stated number of days. Days added by a code do not renew automatically,
and they do not pause or cancel a subscription you have in the App Store,
Google Play or Whop, which goes on renewing until you cancel it. Codes cannot
be exchanged for money, except where the law requires it, including under your
right of withdrawal (Section 3.5) if you bought the code from us as a consumer.

### 3.7 Remote access to your Device

Remote access to your Device, and sharing it with your teams, is included with
the Device and needs no subscription. We will keep providing it, and the
security updates the Device needs, for at least as long as stated in the
store terms and in any case for as long as the law requires. If we ever have to stop providing it, we will tell you at
least twelve (12) months in advance. Suspending your access under Section 5 for
a reason concerning the VPN does not affect remote access to a Device you own,
unless the reason concerns your use of the Device itself.

### 3.8 What the VPN does and does not do

The VPN hides your IP address from the services you visit and encrypts your
traffic between your device and the VPN server. It does not make you
anonymous, and it does not protect traffic after it leaves the VPN server
beyond the encryption the visited service itself uses. How DNS queries are
handled is described in the Privacy Policy (Section 4.2). Some websites and
streaming services block or restrict VPN traffic.

You are responsible for using the VPN only where and as the law allows. Some
countries restrict or prohibit VPNs, or using them for particular purposes.
The Service is not offered to persons, or in countries or territories, subject
to United Nations, United Arab Emirates, European Union, United Kingdom or
United States sanctions, and you must not use it in breach of export-control
or sanctions laws.

## 4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

- break the law, or infringe the rights of others;
- send spam, distribute malware, or attack, scan or disrupt any network,
  system or service, including ours;
- access content or systems you are not authorised to access;
- share, resell or sublicense access to the VPN or your account, or register
  devices that are not yours or your household's beyond the device limit;
- interfere with the Service, or try to get around its limits or security.

If you enable a Device as an exit point, the internet traffic of the members of
your team leaves through your internet connection and appears to come from
your IP address (Privacy Policy, Section 4.4). Only invite people you trust,
and check that your internet provider allows it. You can switch the exit point
off at any time in the App.

We do not monitor the content or destinations of your traffic (Privacy Policy,
Section 4). Because we keep no record linking a connection from a VPN server's
address to an account (Privacy Policy, Section 4.5), we generally cannot
attribute a report about such traffic to you. We may act on abuse that we can
attribute to an account, for example misuse of the App, of a team or of our
coordination service, and on what our systems record about the operation of
the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

## 5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you
break these Terms in a serious or repeated way, if the law requires us to, or
if your use puts the Service or other users at risk. Where we can, we tell you
in advance and give you the chance to put things right. If we end a paid
subscription without your breach being the reason, including because we stop
offering the VPN (which we will tell you about at least thirty (30) days in
advance), we refund the unused part of a subscription bought through Whop or
from us and the unused days of redeemed prepaid codes, and help you ask Apple
or Google for a refund of a store purchase.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
(Section 2).

## 6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for
maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change the
Service, including adding, changing or removing features or VPN locations, to
reflect changes in law or regulation, to address security or abuse, to reflect
changes made by Apple, Google, Whop or our hosting providers, to keep the
Service working, or to improve it. Changes come at no extra cost to you. If a
change has more than a minor negative effect on your use of a subscription you
have paid for, we tell you in advance on a durable medium (usually email), and
you may end the affected subscription within thirty (30) days of the notice or
of the change, whichever is later. We then refund the unused part of the period
you paid for, or, for a store purchase, help you ask Apple or Google for that
refund.

The App receives updates through the store you installed it from. Some
features may need the latest version.

## 7. The App and our content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the
App for as long as you use the Service under these Terms. The App and the
Service, including their software, design and brand, remain ours or our
licensors'. Open-source components of the App are licensed under their own
licences, and nothing in these Terms restricts the rights those licences give
you.

If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User
License Agreement governs your licence to use the App; these Terms govern the
Service and your account, and where the two conflict on the use of the App,
Apple's agreement prevails.

## 8. Our responsibility to you

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill and as described in
these Terms and in the App. If the Service does not meet that standard, you
have the remedies the law of the country where you live gives you, which may
include having it put right or a reduction in price.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage
you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use
reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is
not foreseeable. The Service is for your domestic and private use: we are not
responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or
loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for
intent or gross negligence, for breach of an essential obligation of these
Terms to the extent the law where you live does not allow it to be limited, or
any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, nor does it
affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising from the Service
in any twelve (12) months is limited to the higher of the amount paid for the
Service for your account in that period, whether to Apple, Google or us
(including payments made through Whop),
and one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

## 9. Changes to these Terms and to prices

We may update these Terms for the reasons listed in Section 6, or to describe
the Service more clearly. We tell you about material changes in the App or by
email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. A change takes effect
for your subscription at the start of your next billing period after that
date. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before then; if the
change is to your disadvantage and you had paid in advance for a period ending
later, you may also end the subscription and receive a refund of the unused
part (Section 6).

**Prices.** For subscriptions bought through Whop or from us, we tell you about
a price increase at least thirty (30) days before the renewal at which it
applies, and you may cancel before then. Price changes in the App Store and
Google Play follow Apple's and Google's procedures, which may ask you to agree
to a higher price.

The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page;
earlier versions are available on request.

## 10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal
laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the
protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you
have your habitual residence. You may bring proceedings in connection with
these Terms in the courts of that country or in the courts of Dubai, and we may
bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you
live. If you live in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in England
and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, according to where you live.

Before going to court, please contact us at
[support@vploq.com](mailto:support@vploq.com) so that we can try to resolve the
matter.

## 12. General

**Events outside our control.** We are not responsible for delays or failures
caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects the
Service for more than thirty (30) days, you may end a paid subscription and
receive a refund of the unused part as described in Section 5.

**Transfer.** We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to
another organisation that takes over the Service; we will tell you, and doing
so will not reduce your rights. If you are unhappy with the transfer, you may
end your subscription and receive a refund of the unused part. You may not
transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else.

**Notices.** We contact you through the App or at the email address of your
account. You can contact us as described in Section 11.

**If a provision is invalid.** If a court finds part of these Terms invalid,
the rest stays in force.

**No waiver.** If we do not insist on something straight away, we can still
insist on it later.

**Third parties.** Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these
Terms, except as stated in Section 7 for Apple.

**Language.** These Terms are concluded in English.
