There are two notices, because there are two different things going on.

## The store

Buying a vploq from the online shop involves your name, a delivery address and
a payment. That is covered by
[the store privacy policy](https://vploq.com/policies/privacy-policy).

## The service

Using the app, the device and the vploq network is a different set of data for
a different reason. That is covered by the
[service privacy policy](/privacy).

**It is not in force yet.** The text is written and grounded in what the code
actually does, but it has not completed legal review, and two items are still
open: the effective date and the representative in the European Union required
under Article 27 GDPR. The page says so at the top.

Until it is in force, the store notice above is the published document, and it
covers purchases only.

## Terms of service

A separate document, not yet written. Terms and a privacy policy answer
different questions and are deliberately not merged.
